Thread regarding Ford layoffs

What are you all looking for from Ford today? Assurance you have job security? Not going to happen. Assurance your bonus will be great? Not going to happen. Assurance your performance will be acknowledged? Not going to happen (at least in a fair, unbiased way). Assurance you will be treated fairly? Not going to happen. Assurance Ford is here to stay? Not going to happen. Nothing in Life is assured. Don't expect anything, plan for yourself, take action when needed, and you will not be disappointed and ready for whatever is before you. Quit looking for assurance and you will never be surprised at the outcome.
