I was told justifications come from each Director, which sounds like BS to me. The VP of the division knows the answers and for budgeting purposes I assume would already have this figured out when they did the budgeting for all of this. My guess is some will be let go, I know a few ppl in my group were offered retirement package and declined. Now they really regret it.
Any idea where the justifications are going to come from?

In NE Div VP’s are going National and many jobs now have to be “justified”. I’m in Manchester.
