At the GEM. Likened it to kids skipping school, or some guy who ran a business, moved to Hawaii, and let the business fail. Other non-sensical things as well. Threatened to fire anyone the wasn't coming back to office. Was pacing back and forth a lot while he said it. What is wrong with this guy?

So, think about this: while making openly discriminatory remarks about those working remotely, CSG is also closing offices worldwide, hence obliging many employees to work remotely, whether they choose to or not.
There are some mandatory severance obligations written into the sale agreement to Vista/Elliot (read the SEC document people!) for 12 months post-sale. Anyone TK pushes to the door before that is a cost-saving.
Provocation. It saves cash.
Think about it.
I’m not sure he’s made up his mind yet.
Bonus math doesn't matter because there won't be any bonuses, with TK driving the company in the ground.
TK bellows "IT'S OVER!!!" re: remote work while BU leadership blogs "Citrix will position itself as the platform for enabling secure hybrid work, delivering virtual and web/SaaS and mobile apps with the security and manageability that organizations need."
Way to stay on-message, boys. And way to wind the clock back to the 2000s when no one outside the C-suite was allowed to work remotely.
“Wow... I escaped this place last month, so I miss out on these meetings. It sounds like TK is doing his best Captain Queeg imitation. "Ahh, but the strawberries! That's where I had them."
More like the Wicked Witch from the Wizard of Oz. “I’ll get you my little pretty! And your dog Toto, too!” (TK cackling like a witch)
@1akn- When he started, we kept hearing, “he’s a finance guy. A real numbers guy.” And then he does his presentation with incorrect company metrics and bonus math that doesn’t add up. He’s struggling with reality in a host of ways.
What was with the maniacal laughter? And repeatedly comparing us to children and subsequently telling us we're all adults? And the repeated implication that we couldn't possibly be smart enough to have understood his earlier slides with the arithmetic errors on them?
I swear this guy would be a supervillain, if only he had any intelligence or charisma.

"Unhinged is right. If he keeps diving into these angry diatribes he’s going to say something that puts him in legal trouble. It’ll be funny when he loses his head and accuses one race of being lazy or pregnancy isn’t a valid reason for leave."
This seems to have escaped most people's notice, but TK already said that people who WFH (for any reason) will not be promoted. Some people get WFH as an American with Disabilities Act accommodation. So, put 2 + 2 together...
“ Therefore, as each week passes we may see more erratic and bizarre behavior from TK.”
All the more reason to keep working from home. I don’t want to cross his path if he’s having an unhinged episode. It’s a personal safety concern at this point…
"What is wrong with this guy?" - It's likely Vista-induced.
Just imagine the pressure that the new owners have placed on him to get one or more BUs ready to divest for cash or stock ASAP. That said, this is not a good time to pitch a BU to potential tech vendor acquirers. Therefore, as each week passes we may see more erratic and bizarre behavior from TK.

Trust and believe. We are hanging on every word coming out of TK’s fat mouth. He has zero discipline with his communication style and he will blurt out something that will end up with him getting a severance package and half his bonus. Lawyers are on standby, I’m just sitting back with a bowl of popcorn and waiting for the inevitable gaffe!

I think he’s insane (but I am not a psychiatrist so who knows?) and obsessed with beating us down as much as he can. You do realize that his plan is to intimidate everyone enough to quit so he can move everything to India where labor is pennies on the dollar? US workers are an inconvenience to TK and because he is the cheapest mthrfckr on the planet, he doesn’t see US workers as humans with lives, families and careers….he only sees us as expensive labor. The solution? DO NOT QUIT. STAY AS LONG AS YOU CAN. TAKE A SEVERANCE WHEN OFFERED. MAKE THEM PAY FOR YOU TO LEAVE, BUT DO NOT QUIT.
