I hope that the final number of people who will be impacted by these layoffs will not exceed 3,000, although I doubt it. I think the percentage of the workforce that will be laid off will be more than 2.5% but that's just my opinion. I wish someone would convince me otherwise.

Too many CX acquisitions without fundings to integrate or harmonize technology. Unclear what can be done now? Hard to image where to start with CX or finish.

At some level the board must understand that high quality solutions + skilled services = customer outcomes and renewals.
