Senior Director doesn't mean cr-p at Adi. There has been so much title inflation that it is a middle management position.

And the HR person says to the group " I just joined it's my dream job, I can't wait to be in a senior leadership role"
The senior director says " just say yes, like every post on linkedin, insta and twitter and in 14 months, you too can be a senior director, it's great for the resume and you just hop skip jump to another company before anyone realizes you dont know what your doing" LOL
Must not be of the majority or on the path to stardom with no worries of being let go with zero chance of accountability.
