Just speculation....there are some EC board members that have been there almost as long as Ben. The longer it takes for news about changes to EC members, the more likely that Wael is negotiating terms with candidates from outside Shell for those positions.

I expect a wave of "retirements" at the EC -1 and -2 levels.
I'm going to be optimistic about the changes. Some are definitely needed.

They're in the quiet period and can't say anything until earnings are released next week.
I hope so. A lot of the divisions need some high level management clean up.
