Our building has no GM, no HRBP, half our AMs and OMs are out at any given time. Processors all asked to take voluntary leave and the warehouse is running on a skeleton crew. Once 7 days per week, now closed on weekends "temporarily" but somehow doubt its only temporary. In the meantime, we all just lose a day of work or have to use PTO. There isn't enough work to go around and people are dropping like flies. Yes, layoffs are common this time of year. But I think it's more than that. Get off the sinking ship.
