After watching that, I have now zero doubts that the layoffs have dodged a bullet.
Brazen and unapologetic, TK has made it abundantly clear that he really couldn't care less what CSG employees think. When combined with the lack of a credible game plan to fix what is dysfunctional and obsolete, it makes no sense to wait and see what comes next.
If you have an ounce of dignity left, plan your exit now. That's my only reaction to TK's presentation and rambling nonsense.
