They have to submit WARN reports if they lay off more than 50 in any 30 day period. The 153 in February were really employees who were notified in December. The date in Feb is likely their last day of severance, as employees are required to be compensated for 60 days after notification of a mass layoff.
Only confirmed info is 153 layoff in February according to WARN. But if they let go less than 50 people each time, we would not know publicly.
