They don't want ready change, just the illusion they are trying.
This is so true. If they really wanted some changes that would improve this company, I think they would do things very differently than they do now, right? Personally I think that they do not care about the future of this company in the least.
Upper management is incompetent because they’ve been lied to, mid level mgrs lie to their superiors that everything is fine then bully their employees to get it done. But people know that OGS is inferior, the quality and quantity of work they get done is less per capita. If you are new, put in your one year so you look stable but plan to leave. You will NEVER get a 3-5% annual merit increase, or anything close to what other companies give. Ask any emp who’s been around when they got more than 2% and all will tell you once or twice in 15yrs!
Lining their pockets and those of the stockholders is all they care about.
Actually the leaders are in some other dimension, everything is great, we are making tons of money, we dont care that the entire work place is an utter disaster
They card about the company, just not the human beings who work for it. There’s an air of aggression/hatred towards employees now. It’s miserable
