Lean toward a service industry job. Career changes are always difficult but as a plan B, learn a different skill. Realtor, day trading for yourself, sales…..something other than tech.

ahhh it will create a huge secondary market to fix all the errors and manage all the problems it creates....belive me, I'm living that dream as we speak. There can be a gap until something breaks but it will break.

I was discussing about this, in 10 years I'm pretty sure programmers will be replaced by AI, is better save as much in possible and prepare ourselves with investments or something to don't depend of your job, because this only will get worse and worse. It's so stupid, for years we thought the intelectual jobs won't be take it by AI, we are expecting they will take factory or cleaning jobs, but it's totally opposite, the AI is leaving only the worst jobs to the humans.

This is what bothers me. We could’ve low balled open ai by at least 2 billion and keep the people. Nobody in the market has this kind of money to throw around.
