It's definitely a watershed moment. All the FAANG companies are now the old corporations of old. Instead of micromanaging boomers parading the floor and cubicles it's kindergarten decor and DEI initiatives and emotionally underdeveloped millenials.
The company is now cost focused not growth focused. Be thankful if you are leaving that you don't have to sit around stagnating internally as the frogs get slowly boiled.
There will be many new opportunities in the next market cycle.
