I had a interview for green team and got the position. Are we supposed take over for red vests?

Why don't we just have all the same color vest? Remember when ASM's and SM wore blue vest, now they wear red. Just don't get it
Green team gets screamed at to load at the gate bc red vests hide in the breakroom or watch training vids on a loop
I've only seen young ones price cheat! Red vest makes more than Green lazy team That's why the watering change! Just like pricing. Less pay for the same work.
Some RV’s had to take a pay cut to go to GT, some got more. Weekends off are on rotation in most stores.
You will be putting out new shipments of plants, maintaining tables, and watering. (RV’s no longer responsible for watering as of this year).
