After the latest layoff, this place expects way too much from me for how much I'm paid. It looks like somebody at the top honestly thought that cutting half a team would not be noticed because the rest of us would be able to pick up all the extra work. Sc--w that. I'm doing as little as I can until I can find a way to leave. I'm so done with Citrix.

You mean TK is not a business genius? The world no longer makes sense...
Call it damage control, or whatever you want to call it, but TK seems to be reconsidering the impact of further planned cuts to staff. The business has to serve customers and that requires engaged employees that aren't merely focused on the next layoff.
Crazy, isn’t it? TK was so f***ing cheap, he rushed to deep layoffs and now we are not staffed to do the work required to keep the company running. He’s a complete and total failure as a leader.
