Red vest can't take certain item numbers. Hard to access the installs that CQ puts in. Total lack of training on the IMS/Red Vest install system. Nobody in District 833 knows the system very well at all. Store has to eat the labor/product mistakes CQ makes. We really are trying to be Depot. Maybe Marvin will get us orange vests next. To many steps now to have to do to take care of a customer.
