Thread regarding Alphabet Inc. (Google) layoffs

Free Advice • Stop posting on Socials

I have seen dozens of “I got unceremoniously laid off” posts on Socials including pro sites.

How does that help you land a new role?

@OP, why stop sharing? Spend more time online and on platform of choice. Make sure you are logged in so that assistant can sp-t out nice personalized suggestions including nice time and great company to apply to and skills to refresh.

Surviced employees can add this support if does not exist. This is the least you can do.

The posts on linkedin are horrible, so overdone, so overly dramatic.

Please don’t stop. This is the best thing since the anti-Trump misfits freaking out and crying after the 2016 election.

Google employees have suppressed stories, promoted propaganda from evil regimes in China, Iran, Russia, and North Korea. They’ve worked to destroy democracy and to promote perverse agendas of Left Wing fringe groups.

Evil has been done and employees at Google have blood from Ukraine and the aforementioned countries on their hands. Firing employees whose views don’t fit with the Marxist agenda, crushing legitimate news stories it doesn’t want reported, and promoting false stories as true. Working with political parties to sway elections, etc.

I’m happy for the layoffs, Google is still evil, but 12,000 members of the Google SS are going to go through some tough times. That’s a little slice of justice.
