You're being monitored on the internet

Be careful of your pics on social media it might end up on an execs desk! UP is on to you.

Good to keep Facebook secured, friends only by invitation . No manager or arsa as friends, ya can’t trust them.

Is there really anybody that brags about the UP? I sure don't! I don't need to post anything on social media to tell the world how bad the place is. The UP shows how bad they are everyday, so it would be the biggest waste of time to convince anyone of what they probably already know.

They have monitored social media sites for references to UP for the past 15 years. Quite a few employees have gotten disciplined for posts and some fired. It’s super stupid to post anything on social media about the company you work for. I know one guy in particular that was off on FMLA and went to the amusement park with his family. His wife posted on Facebook about the weekend and word got around to a manager about the posting. The employee was called in her next week and let go. Abusing FMLA is wrong so I am not defending that, just giving an example of how something like this can happen.

I wish they were as dedicated to running the company the right way as they are invading employees personal lives and constantly fu@king with them. A happy employee is a productive employee. It doesn’t take a genius to know that simple fact.
