No try Exsell destroying fiber, and the network and the customer experience. The only reason Exsell is here is because our owner owns the company. Its a money making scheme. We pay them to build. Then we pay them again to fix what they butchered. Then payed again to rebuild it. They are coddled and kowtowed to because 1 higher up is pandering to the owner of Ausa to advance his personal career and status. Every one in the know, knows who it is. Their repeat TCS are scrubbed. There is no accountability to any of their workers. Since we went all Ekcell that is when out company started hemorrhaging subscribers. No pride in their work. A terrible customer experience. We had a great idea with Let's Reconnect. But it didn't work because the company is 80 percent outsourced. There is no investment in the company from its workers when your outsourced that much. Especially from a rag tag company like Ekxsell. Sad to see

dude nobody looks out for anyone but themselves and you know that. Especially the union depots. guys signed a card to try and save their a-s not knowing what a true union is. Last straw for me was when my union depot gave a steward a vacation request over someone else that had more seniority. When it gets brought up..."I dunno" . what a joke. I'll be honest, outside of OSP, I am VERY surprised all of the management that has gone over. From the field, to OSP now they are doing design work. A design sup and manager both left to go there. You think they know something inhouse doesn't or they just going where the money is? Every telecommunications company contracts out but still.....
I'm hearing most are told if they don't more to exsell they will regret. Sounds like they are just grabbing pawns.
