I would support 2 tier. Cut 1000 in San Diego, wait 6 month and cut another 1000 if attrition does not work or forced geoshifting jobs to bengalaru
Don’t worry about being let go! It might be the best thing that ever happened to you! When one door closes another opens…. Qualcomm does not give you your worth!
There are much better places to work….consider a package a gift and something more rewarding!
