I know last year there was talk about Store Managers receiving bigger raises to keep up with all other employee increases but now it seems silence from corporate. Are they still planning on bumping up our pay or do all the other positions just benefit with large increase’s including pharmacists?

Tenure??? The Opportunities are there, if you don't grow no one to blame but yourself. There's a reason for a cap / max. move forward and grow.
There's so much more to be in this company than an Ops, get out of your comfort zone and go for that "raise" you're looking for in another position
I’m an ops manager with the company for over 20 years and I got sh-t this past review as well. What happened to the tenure increase?! Total bullsh-t.
