Microsoft Hosted Sting Performance in Davos on Night Before Announcing Layoffs

This shows you how much the care. Then again Satya Nadella is known to be a completely different, horrible to be around, person off camera.

Satya is just a puppet following a script. He came out of nowhere and was put in place when there were many many more qualified people in pipeline to take over.....but some of those were thinking people. They don't want thinkers leading these companies in the US. They want order takers....and who is the country importing order taking leaders.....not hard to connect the dots.

When will you all learn. You never mattered and you never will. Just a useful id--t for a time and that usefulness has expired. Shareholders matter and the cabal of the WEF. Shareholders rejoice when heads roll. And playing the game at the party for the unelected government called the WEF. Lots of egos getting crushed. Hardware in a data center has more value than you since it can be depreciated unlike a carbon based self promoter on linkedin or whatnot. How could one be silly enough to ever believe any corporate drivel that you matter and we care about you.

Didn't they hire the outsoursing strategy kingpen from Accenture to be Microsofts Strategy Kingpen. Both companies are big time buddies so they'll be skull huting in both orgs where they'll replace you with an Accenture H1B too, unil they can relocate them to a town near you.

The "message in the bottle" was you are laid off! Yes, terrible, from an 'optics' standpoint. But why would you expect anything different from any CEOs? It's part of their jobs to drive a lean, mean machine.
And what about the "unlimited vacation" message earlier this month? Translation:

  • claim your vaca time now or lose it, as we are prepp'ing for layoffs
  • take off all the time you want, we'll track it and fire you at will
  • take so much unlimited vaca that you'll fall behind commitments, and we'll fire you for that
  • etc. etc.

I have thinking a out something for some days and I can't still leaving this idea only in my mind, Satya was the responsible for this awful layoff disaster, because he and high executives we're ridiculous optimistic and in the end of last year was announced he will be receive a salary raise. I can't stand how some "leader" responsible of this disaster is awarded with that privilege when thousands of families are worried for their future, totally lack of empathy is the only thing in my mind, is not about if him salary is high (that's ok), it's about he should assume him responsibility and refuse that salary increase, that is the thing that a leader that want to "empower people" should do in this situation at least.
