All the backpack and increase in wages, will be off set by getting rid of managers

They would save a ton of money eliminating managers they’ve been useless
Wishful thinking, oh how I wish it were true but they would rather lay-off ground employees and have managers sitting idle doing nothing. That’s just how they operate.
Have seen cuts in overtime after a new contract.
Why even have Managers or Directors. They all are just puppets and have no say in running their part of the Railroad or Employees.
