Budget owner for an exit negotiation?

Hello everyone,

I am the original OP. After some fight, I got to block the PIP, but now it is clear that my days in ServiceNow are over, despite the fact they were not able to fire me the way they wanted.

Who approves the budget in ServiceNow for an exit negotiation? Do you know? That information can be important to me as, again, I do not know I will survive, but at least I want to get the maximum out of my current situation.

I have seen companies where the budget was owned by the business (VP level or above), some others needed the blessing of HR, some others there is a Finance-like organization that handles these things. Do you know?.

Thx!

This is a very interesting topic. In any company, people holding the key are the most valuable ones.
Any senior person in ServiceNow would really helping the community throwing some light on this.
