Rating percentages as part of transformation

I heard they quietly decreased the percentage of 1's and 2's as part of the transformation. Does anyone know if there is truth to that?

It would really blow if you got a 1/2 and only an incremental percent or two in your base comp. All the extra work and time for a few after tax bucks. I do know one thing though, sensitive CFO will still get paid bigly! Comrade ZG too, na zdrovia you peasants!

I would think they would keep the % the same. The adjustment will likely be done on compensation with the 1/2s not getting a big bump relative to 3s. That’s a risky move if it does happen. You already have an employee pool impacted by BT with their heads on swivel looking for the VCIP to land and then other opportunities.

I’m sure I’m off base to a degree, but I’ve always had 10% for 1s, then the next 25% for 2s…the rest 3s and below. So essentially the top third are allocated for differential ratings.

I wouldn’t be surprised if the total 1/2s are now lower at 25% of the employee population.

What was the percentage of 1s and 2s before BT?
