I was in the layoff. Has anyone had any luck with AskHR? I had a problem with my documentation and I've been trying since last week to get a response.

Try to reach out to the person whom you got your documents from.
If you call the AskHR number, they basically just tell you to leave a message and they will call you back the same day (yeah right). So it's basically 'Email us or go away'
No, I haven’t had any problems with AskHR they have been very quick to respond. Payroll is another matter, it Im sure they are slammed as well.
I've never received a reply from the cloud.com AskHR email address for anything, even before I got laid off. If you know the name of the HR rep who ran your layoff meeting, you can try reaching out to that person.
