MRs and Field Reps… have any been affected?

It was confirmed recently that TAM was hit pretty hard. Any updates?

Phone reps are concerned as the previous Call Center manager created a culture of no accountability. Rumors were that she was in way over her head and only focused on the areas that she understood, which were few and the business was set up to fail.

Phone reps that have friends in higher places in the company have been telling their co-workers how chaotic senior leadership meeting are and how the plan changes almost daily.

Power hungry managers have been positioned to be the new leaders, the expectations are that the next round of layoffs will begin before the start of Q2.

They will be soon. Hummel and his Kronies are meeting this week to discuss how they can begin scheduling MRs, yes Scheduling MRs and then saving money by doing so thus laying off at least 50% by year end.

I know one NPM field manager was let go but as of now that’s all I’ve heard. Not sure about local markets or FR/MRs.

Very curious to see how soon they try and install 100% of the equipment remotely. Even with the newer platform it was a no go during covid. We’ve been to the homes after a remote rep installed them and it just hasn’t been installed correctly. Large gaps in quality this way.

They are pushing hard to go to remote recruitment, maintenance and installation. Once they have that (which they hope to do by end of May) up to 50% of MRs will gone. My manager told me this on the downlow today. She’s been here 20 years. They’ve already destroyed our bonus. No one can make what we used to be able to make or even close. I’ve spoken to the very very top performers on the phone. They can’t make it now. What a sad way to see a company fall apart. Just because of corporate greed and lack of leadership.

There were at least 3 Field Managers impacted and several others in field supporting roles. 1 Panel Manager, a Process Lead, an Associate Project Manager, one PC Support Manager, and the Automation Leader

TAM and AUDIO Field is the last to be laid off including the managers.

You have to understand reorganization is across the board regarding employees and procedures. No one is safe. As others stated, now is the time to remove all personal items from laptops and phones. Once your meeting is over your accessed is removed.

TAM Field Mr’s and Fr’s will not be affected at all. This has been confirmed. Also no market managers will be affected. Directors and above for Mr’s and Fr’s only I’m not sure about the other departments
