I am surprised that a company would pay their DE&I head that much when then average salaries are much lower. Maybe we aren’t taxing the oil and gas companies enough so they can afford these affinity roles. No wonder that BP is trailing it’s peers by a wide margin. Maybe they should fire Mark and donate his salary to a homeless charity where it can make a real difference.
