Seems to me your main two assets are your workforce and your machines that they use. They have taken the men for fools and in turn have made themselves look foolish . The machines are continually breaking down and need major investment , how they intend getting any work out on time is beyond anyone with half a brain.

That's alright lads cos' you'll be closed down in 2024 anyway, and the machining relocated abroad to a lower cost country.
