Layoffs ??? You won't be going anywhere. Boeing is in an expansion mode for 2023 and will be back to 2020 levels by the end of the year !!!! Now that expansion may be all overseas but ........

You've missed the layoff boat where they were serving that golden layoff package buffet !!! Boeing will be expanding back up to near 2020 levels in 2023. Only difference is now wages will be frozen and you'll have to learn to like working more hours for the same pay you did 3 years ago. Let the Good Times roll !!!

After 3 years of warns and outsourcing Layoffs are OVER !!! From here on out you have only 2 options. A) QUIT or B) continue to work 100% of your SOW with 50% of your former headcount and LIKE it !!! The beatings will continue until morale improves !!!

Now that Boeing is requiring people to return to work in person 3 days a week should shutter some jobs.

There's no way he will talk layoffs.
Everything will be all Mai Tai's and Yahtzee.

Then, like the scene from Outlaw Josey Wales "Hells coming for breakfast"

With 20% attrition I doubt they need to lay off. Just freeze hiring and you’ll lose 20% of your workforce over the next year.

Might as well everyone else is laying off, Amazon, Microsoft, Google. The recession is finally kicking in.
