Anyone heard anything about which orgs or subset of organisations will see layoffs in Europe as well? Loads of AWS employees are in EU as well.

What is your boss's level? L8 or 9 or 7?
My boss said that Germany will be hit quite hard, as we seem to have hit a saturation point in the market.
