I find it funny how many posters feel the need to convince others that they have to leave Citrix, "now, damn it!" Why would I want to leave? My life has improved significantly since I realized that no matter what I do my chances of being laid off are exactly the same. So I don't try hard anymore. I do my job and I make sure to be done at the end of my regular hours. Everything else can wait. And so it does. I've been doing this for months and I've never been happier here. So why would I even consider leaving?

I am guessing that you can't get another job because nobody wants you.
Life is short. If that is all you want from your job, that's your choice.
Krause is a jerk, but sometimes people act like this is the only company that ever got restructured with a lot of layoffs. It happens all the time. I didn't get angry, I just made other plans. I can change what is under my control. Krause can do whatever he likes.
"I've never been happier here." Wow, to me that's unimaginable.
It's somewhat bizarre to think that hopelessness can inspire some employees to reach contentment at CSG, especially given the human tragedy during the last couple of weeks. Is that the sane response to the ongoing layoffs, staying in a state of isolated oblivion?
??? I don’t recall reading about anyone convincing anyone else that they have to leave? What I have seen is A LOT of anger, sadness and frustration with TK destroying the company, and how his deep layoffs have impacted thousands of people with families negatively. The stories are real, and are heartbreaking. My own team is just a shadow of what it once was, and those of us who remain are terrified of what is coming down the pipeline.
