I survived and now waiting for six months hoping my number will be called next time. I’m just not happy here anymore, maybe I’ll take up a hobby to keep me busy.

"maybe I’ll take up a hobby to keep me busy." - like finding a better job?
"At the risk of stating the obvious, the reason why you may want to leave is that the toxic environment at CSG is unhealthy. Have you considered the personal cost of staying under these circumstances? It's a high price to pay for a relatively meager severance (I'm guessing that you're not receiving executive compensation)."
Don't patronize me. STFU. Seriously.
It sounds like the people who say "I'm not leaving" don't have a desirable skill set to get a better job. It's a lot of false bravado. "I'm staying!!! (P.S. I don't have any choice.)
To say that you will work for six months in a bad job to get some severance sounds unhealthy. P.S. you can bet that the severance package will be half, if that.
“Spoiler Alert: he doesn't care.”
Obviously TK doesn’t care. Look at what he’s done to the company. You don’t need to state the obvious.
I am (almost) out now. My advice is run for the hills. I was kind of stuck due to my kind of job and age so it made more sense for me to wait for the redundancy. But if you are still considered "young", and have good chances to change jobs reasonably quickly, just go find a better place to work.
If you are young, and also have no dependants, i.e. you are free like the wind... I do not understand why you would want to stay. Believe me, CSG is NOT what it should be. It is an aberration of a workplace. Don't do this to yourself.
"I’m not giving TK the satisfaction of my resignation." Spoiler Alert: he doesn't care.

We are not victims of TK if we decide that we deserve better. Imagine that for a moment.
Me too. But I’m not leaving. I’m not giving TK the satisfaction of my resignation. If they want me gone it will cost CSG money. You cannot chase people out of the company who have been loyal and hard workers for so many years. It’s just cruel…and he will try to make it hard for people remaining, watch.
