now that the big boys have announced more layoffs, copycat TD ELT will have their lists of survivors ready for next round .... with lower revenues and no customers as the excuse, they will keep all their VPs, directors, and friends and get rid of more workers ... they got rid of lots high performing knowledgeable people before, imagine if you're not working on their pet projects, you're next ... see list of cues from last PA and AIP payout to see if you'r at risk

Restricted Stock Units (RSUs): In most cases, for time-based RSU awards, all unvested RSUs will be forfeited; however, please refer to your equity award agreement(s) for determination of award treatment upon separation of employment. Don’t think anyone expects any different at this point. So kinda a useless warning
Curious: if you are laid off what happens to any RSUs that have not yet vested?
if you get no merit no RSU but maybe a lump sum, you are prime candidate for next layoff as they just need you for the short term and not investing in you for the future.
