For those on there who love to complain about Frontier - if you don't like where the company is going what's stopping ya'll from leaving?

Pacific Bell, SBC, ATT, GTE, VERIZON and Frontier guys are just lazy a-s dudes who didn’t have the ba--s to be Lineman at LADWP. See you guys at the next rodeo 😂😂😂😂
Please, I've you guys in your trucks plenty of times. Looking down on your phones or your hard hats over your eyes. Let's not glorify ourselves too much.
The company any many of you are dysfunctional to the 9th degree. Elliott Mgmt should sp--k your hind ends.
Lovin' the arm-chair generals here who have no clue about how to run a business, the maximum extent of their ability is to twist two wires together and drill a ho-e in a wall. Genius.

If management cares about employees, show us the top down initiatives to reward employees. Ever seen a spiff to give a good employee a gift card or something in the last few years aside from the two or three people that ever get mentioned on the Listen Live?
There are so many roles that are going above and beyond just to keep our heads above water, and instead of the management initiatives to help us with our roles, the management initiatives are to automate us. Field Techs, NOC, Engineering - nobody gets training. Company won't even pay for your technical certs. We might get some training credits from a vendor thrown at us that aren't even instructor led, just "do it on your own time", often with no labs. And then these training credits are then a metric for management to go "WOW WE'VE DISTRIBUTED SO MUCH TRAINING!", fu----g re--rds.
I'm not in a union team but I get to see all of the union teams having clear and defined work boundaries and honestly feel jealous. Every other role at Frontier keeps absorbing more duties daily.
The final insult to injury is that, in the end, there are many aspects of our work that could be improved daily but instead the initiatives are aimed at automating our jobs away instead, while we consistently have to MacGuyver new ways to keep our workflow heads above water, there is someone in the back trying to automate your job. THAT'S what the real fu---n' kicker is.
A good example of baiting.
Then you'll be smart enough to know we have a crystal clear strategy, are out-executing the market and seeing this reflected in our stock price.... Clearly people matter.
"crystal clear strategy" aka outsourcing everything
"reflected in our stock price"
Our stock price was at $34.45 12/26/21 (over valued)
Today it's $28.50
"Clearly people matter." The only people that matter to our "leadership" are the expendable vendors that we have thousands of. No need to invest in actual employees when you have a bunch of cr@p vendors and contractors. Anything to save a nickel for uncle nick
No, leadership is having a vision and being open and honest about it. Caring about the people that they are leading and providing a career path with a job that has meaning. Your deflecting and its very telling. Frontier is clearly in the process of replacing all employees with vendors/contractors. They clearly don't care about their people seeing as they provide no guidance and no training. Fyi I'm anti union; I'm skilled enough to hold a job without the need of a union mafia.

This is exactly how an abusive spouse sounds. "If you think you can find someone that won't hit you, or emotionally abuse you... By all means, leave."
The REAL question is why do we keep trying to put on a show while the actual employees pulling their weight are dying on the inside because we know management doesn't care about us. We have no purpose. And you're coming to us with "well leave then". How about Leadership actually leads instead of hiding in their ivory towers.
Honestly, this is such victim speak. 'Management' obviously cares about people at Frontier. Without people, there is no Frontier. What they don't want is people who only complain, feel entitled, rely on Unions to protect their terms (rather than actually competing and winning in the American way). My guess is 'Management' want people who perform and become part of the future of this company......

As soon as they get rid of the real problems between the executives and us all will be better.
