Such a large layoff, such a poor media coverage? What's the reason? Why are journos afraid to ask SN & his jedi council challenging questions?

Because layoffs are now the norm rather than the exception. They should ask challenging questions to the companies that are NOT laying off. What's the secret!

Because CEOs can just buy your useless website/newspaper and fire you. See: Jeff Bezos.

Journalists also get favours from big companies during marketing cycles, not uncommon to get 5 star hotel for a few days all expenses trip to give them a good article if you brown nose them enough.

Most journos getting invited to such events are all hand picked brown nosers.
