I've had enough. Reorg after reorg and things only get worse.
Maybe the leadership should finally think about why reorganizations fail here?

How many leadership changes have you seen. I am a near two decade employee and most of that time I saw annual reorgs, which is pretty normal. In the last two years I have seen complete replacement of top leaders in our org 3 times in 2 years and reorgs of everyone else every 3 months. Long term plans are never allowed to come to fruition because with each reorg direction changes again with the new leader.
