Many in engineering are just waiting for AIP payout and then it's sayonara. No one has any respect or trust the current directors or VPs in the organization. The consolidated engineering team under incompetent former VP, now SVP, and recently promoted VP bring much discontent. Exit plan in the works.

Well, lot of us have RSU stock vestings on March 1st, so that must be the date around which people evaluate whether they can stay around for another year of a wild ride or bail.
Anybody staying for a couple grand is not thinking straight.
It's been a good run at this place until recent years.
Surely the VP for ‘Sales and Technology in the Asian region should fall on an outward facing pin cushion? LR. Failed PS. Failure culturally. But has many years of bu-t smudges on his lips.
Agreed on not expecting close to 100% if layout for the non-sales AIP roles.
Payout would likely be Friday March 10 (or closest payday to that if your country doesn’t pay on a Friday). But one year in the last 4 I remember they delayed the AIP payment by a few months (was that 2020? Or 2022?).
February company wide meeting is where they tend to announce the % of AIP across the company, and then closer to the start of March your manager lets you know if there is any adjustment to your individual payout. And yes, your manager can determine to give you less even if you have a great annual performance review.
At least 100% of “promised payout”?!? Doubtful. Given our revenue and our stock this past year, I’d be relieved if it breaks 80%… and then it is always a gamble what your direct manager decides to do with your individual amount.
What is the date of the payout? Is it going to be at least 100% of promised amount?
