It is most important is to look at the details. 62% of those surveyed said it is a great place to work. 87% are given a lot of responsibility that can be good or bad depending on many things. Big misses in transparency and trust. Being fun and receiving recognition, were also mentioned as areas for improvement.
Mean we got verified with a failed grade almost?
In a shocking turn of events, CDK was certified as a great place to work. Announced this week.
The down votes are really interesting. It looks to me like we have some corporate shills who are really interested in what goes on here.

Research the company that gives the surveys. All you have to do is pay a small fee as a company to be put on list of Great Places to Work. It’s a scam
I know for a fact that associate surveys at CDK do NOT remain anonymous. I was one of those that responded each week. I was honest and always took the time to provide comments as to why I gave the ratings I did. Then the harassment emails started showing up in my inbox. At first, I was simply asked to contact my manager to "discuss" my concerns. When I said I preferred to keep the discussion anonymous, their requests became more threatening. They basically told me they'd eventually track me down, and that I might as well reveal my identity while there was still a chance they'd go easy on me. I politely stood my ground. A few weeks later I got an email that said something like "we've narrowed it down and we know you're one of three people on so-and-so's team".
Least seemed like they were but don't put your current zip code for the last question, just use noorwoods or closest office to you.
Are the responses really confidential though? Doesn’t sound like it when you read the fine print.
