Sometimes I think that, regardless of everything, we employees care more about the future of this company than our leadership does. In fact, I can't even call them leaders, because there is a lot more to being a leader than just cutting expenses. Apart from cutting costs, are they doing anything significant for the future success of this company? I doubt it.

Most of these people, if not all, are not leaders, they are managers, or worse; puppets.
A leader is someone you choose to follow, it's a position that is earned by the followers. A manager is put into a position by someone else.
TIBCO, and apparently Citrix has mostly managers - very few, if any, true leaders.
To quote Simon Sinek; "Leaders eat last"
I disagree because I also don't care about this company anymore. It's a paycheck for me and nothing more. Everything that was once worth celebrating at Citrix ended a long time ago. Perhaps TIBCO is the same. Anyway, it really doesn't matter anymore.
Profit scavengers will decide the future of CSG, so it's doomed to perpetual decay.
Ask yourself this:
Have company leaders communicated anything that leads you believe they are planning for LONG-TERM success and growth? Anything at all?
BAM! Hit the nail on the head.
