I'm not minimizing what people are going through but Nielsen is now a dead-end career-wise. Being laid-off is scary but after the first shock is gone, things can only improve. Not to mention, the job market is still not as bad as some think, so being laid-off right now is definitely better than in one of the future rounds.

Same here, being laid-off would be the push I need.
ATM I'm way too confortable, being full remote and working a mere 2 hours per day (but paid full time).
Nielsen is a cheap employer anyway.
