Thread regarding Kohl's layoffs

the truth

cold hard facts the recent improvements are a flop big time everything from the amazon partnership to the Sephora were a big mistake amazon does not pay us to play their customer service agents like telling people that we can only take returns on certain things and only in a 5 mile area but yet we do anyway even though like helping with the return set up and then getting phone calls that amazon said i can return my items at kohls that is what they told me but its nice knowing that store management tells us that amazon returns come second after kohls its such a bad idea giving kohls cash away I watched people just turn around and say does anyone want kohls cash so they aren't buying anything and our store is number 19th in the company just imagine what its like in the other stores but this is just my thoughts

The fake misleading pricing scheme is forcing customers to walk. Corp. doesn’t have the intelligence to understand it. They still believe they are pulling the wool over the customer’s eyes on pricing. Looks like they don’t understand how a downturn in sales translates into customers spending elsewhere.

The fact is Kohl’s committed su----e when they didn’t sell. The clothing is outdated, theft is at an all time high, no competitive pay . And stores like target and TJ Maxx are ki-ling them in sales . Kohl’s just needs to let go at this point , because they are going to go bankrupt!! This company was a sinking ship after Covid they wasted way too much money on foolish business decisions and stupid marketing schemes. Now they ran and got Sephora which is more of a hindrance than a money maker ! Let it go Kohl’s you can’t compete with inflation or discount retailers.

Sounds like some of the 💩 Kmart and Sears did in their slow demise.
It was with SYW Points and their own online orders, could not help the members in the store for dealing with online 💩. Hope it turns out better for Kohls, if not run like the place is on fire, or it will eat away at your sole.
