"They're nasty, nasty people." - They are Private Equity vultures and they don't believe that employees deserve severance, due to the ongoing decline of CSG's profitability.
It's incredibly depressing to know that after so many years dedicated to the company that the current leadership does not care about us, and if we are to believe the rumors (most of which have come to be true) things will get worse for people remaining at CSG. But, they want us to leave so they don't have to pay severance. They're nasty, nasty people.
It's similar to most tech companies that haven't innovated anything meaningful in over a decade. It creates cash from old legacy software products that customer CIOs don't bother to update or replace.
There's nothing really noteworthy to see here, move along and follow the exit signs.
C’mon Which tibco leaders are you referring to ? The good ones are all gone !!! They had the guts to refuse a mission that was not meeting their values. The leftover are mercenary, muppets and you can call them everything but leaders.
It’s horrible. The company is circling the drain and leaders just don’t care.
Frankly, I’m energised by the direction we are going and inspired by the Tibco leaders I have been working with.
