I don't think US sales will be deeply affected in Feb. Sales will drive the engine for future growth in 2023 and most teams that are doing well have open headcount because they need to drive more growth. Cutting sales will affect revenue. What is more likely is that goals will be raised and territories will get smaller and they may even add a few people.
Europe layoffs have not even been announced yet. If US is anything to go by then CSM, success guides and engineering will take a hit. And the AE bloat is not even a secret here. Feb is going to be brutal.
