Do Lexmark has their own service department? I notices that a lots of Lexmark direct customers are all out sources to different vendors.

As a Lexmark Technician I can assure you that they have direct technicians.
Lexmark has xerox technicians.
Just Fyi... i work for xerox, and as about a year and a half ago, we service Lexmark direct products. Seems counter productive for xerox,,,, Maybe Lexmark will buy xerox....
