I don't have any false hope that something will change for the better here, nor do I feel emotionally attached to the company or undecided about leaving, but I simply still can't get a new job.
That's the only reason I'm still here, I'm simply stuck, like most others.

Unless you are very senior management, not one recruiter is going to reject you just because you work/worked at Citrix. Why that is an ongoing myth on this board is the true mystery.
That's a good point, once recruiters learn that you worked at Citrix, you can expect a lot of rejections because of the ongoing negative media coverage. But do continue interviewing, regardless of the company's reputation of product decline. It's not your fault (unless you were a member of the fraudulent prior leadership team).
Its important to not give up. Just keep going. I think I did like 8 interviews over a number of years and was rejected for each one. I got better and better though and finally landed a new job last year.
