We were told early April yesterday on first day back after MLK Holiday and new org announcement. They just want front line managers to button up all open work. If you have anything tied to your Nielsen email- now is the time to get it cleaned up. Managers with low direct reports and individual contributors are targeted. NO ONE IS SAFE The executioners will be meeting at the end of Feb or Early March to finalize. Will be a brutal Spring.
Would you consider lower level managers to be senior managers and directors or just managers?

Did they give an idea of when the next phase would be or how long you have to knowledge transfer? What level is your direct report?
Has operations already had a layoff?
Will the contact centers close or be outsourced in Round 2?
Did they say when they will be laid off? So was it implied through knowledge share or specifically stated?
There were already some people let go in our team. Will there be a second round in our team?
No one is safe!
No idea. But it sounds like tech/operations is next
