IT reorg transfers leadership roles to India based capability owners. Looking at the new hire list all based in India. Looks like they are going to move all IT to India again. The last one was a complete disaster. Wonder how long we have.

IT never moved to India before, so again is a silly statement. The support desk went outsourced and then insourced primarily in India. Sys admin has also moved a majority to India over several years along with many devs. Architecture and business engagement is still primarily US with Cork growing in impact.
IT has already moved most of the work to India.
I don’t understand what change is occurring. Everyone from IT is from India so no layoffs will be needed. They will get tot work at Q in their home country
I'm guessing not long. They will transfer to offshore, it will suck, c suite get their bonus before any of the chaos reaches public headlines.
And this is coming from? Still need onsite support with 80k local systems. Layoff is coming though.
