Some issues here bother me too, but they are not enough for me to say that Google is a poorly run company, as some write here. Purely out of curiosity, I am interested in what issues would you like to see fixed the most.

Less red tape and faster decision making
Google is no longer a place people want to work at anymore too creepy.
Their recruiters are awful and treat candidates like sh-t.
Maybe stop spying on us for the feds?
