It used to be normal that after a major round of layoffs, we'd know it was done and we could focus on our work without worrying about our jobs for a year or at least six months in worst-case scenarios. Now, a day after layoffs are done, most of us are thinking about the next round and if we can expect more cuts in a few weeks or a few months at best. That shouldn't be considered normal but that's where we are now.

If you figure that October 1 was the dawn of the CSG era, then any layoffs after that are not going to have nearly the same type of severance package. They will probably honor your prior service, but if you get a week per year, consider yourself lucky.
"I suspect the next one will be once they've had a chance to water that down" - agreed, it's all downhill from this point forward as far as future layoff severance packages are concerned
It's six months before any more layoffs, this was pretty clear in TKs mail.
Look for another job. Seriously. Why are you chained to this company? You're going to sweat it out for six months (or more) just for severance? Your next job could pay you more money and better benefits, and make you happier.
Unless, of course, you are too old or don't have the skills the job market is looking for. It happens. Then, you are at Krause's mercy, of which there is none. There is no future in the Citrix BU. It's a dying product line.
The email last week mentioned that people who were being impacted in the next six months were being notified Tuesday, so there is the 6 months at least. I'd be shocked if they did another round while the old redundancy policies are still in place though (for a year post-merger), I suspect the next one will be once they've had a chance to water that down
