Maybe I would decide to stay here for a while longer if I thought the leadership had some concrete plan to improve the situation in this company. Perhaps someone here thinks that such a plan exists? However, I am almost certain that they do not care at all about the future of the company and therefore staying here is just a waste of time.

There's nothing to wonder about. The new leadership has shown their true nature and THEY. DON'T. CARE. ABOUT. EMPLOYEES. Period. Don't debate in your mind if it's going to get better at Citrix/CSG. Get your resume together and look elsewhere before the next round of layoffs.

Look, we all know that this leadership does not care about its employees. Even if they are very successful, they are NEVER going to care about the employees. That is not how Vista operates. They are all about their bottom line. They aren't going to waste money on any soft benefits, promoting company culture, promoting personal growth, etc. Just GET OUT as soon as you can.
